My oldest had a lot of issues with baby teeth. Sometimes they fell apart and sometimes they didn’t come out. She had to see the dentist often because of her baby teeth.

Sadly just recently in the past year she finally figured out why she was having a lot of pain with one of her molars. Come to find out a piece of her baby tooth was still stuck in the gum under the tooth.

Oh wow! Now that is super crazy! I really hope that doesn’t happen to Brianna. I don’t think she can handle the dentist a lot. She about freaked when they told her to breathe in the laughing gas

My Tween just spent yesterday getting 7 baby teeth pulled because a few of them were breaking and we didn’t want them breaking over the holiday coming up. She still has one they forgot to take out but it won’t be long that one will be gone.

Did your tween ever had that issues of baby teeth breaking before they fell out?

We were lucky to not have fragile baby teeth with either of the kids. What did have was shark teeth! Most of Anja’s adult started to come in before the baby was loose or out so she’d have the new one growing in behind. Her teeth did eventually come out on their own without much interference but the last 4 had to be pulled so she could get her braces put on. Andrew’s have all come out as they should with the exception of the one he’s working on now. The baby tooth is ready to come out and the adult tooth is in place enough to have the loose one pushing into Andrew’s lip. He’s always disliked wiggling his teeth so I told him if he doesn’t get it out by the end of the week I will be pulling it! LOL

We are waiting until Brianna gets all of her adult teeth in before we even think about braces. LOL I only want to deal with it once.

My 15 year old daughter had no problems with her baby teeth other than having very deep grooves in her molars. She ended up needing them capped when she was young to prevent cavities or problems before her permanent teeth came in.

It turns out none of her baby teeth broke. Lol I was worried for nothing. But she did get all of her baby teeth pulled but one. πŸ™‚ Which we will be working on soon.
