I think it is a good idea to make daily goals. Work on realistic goals. For example, I had mine set to 3,000 because I worked in an office so moving was not an option. However, now I do not work in the office and move a bit more. My goal is now 5,000 per day (including weekends) and I am failing miserably on the weekend LOL.
So what is your daily goal as of February 2020? Have you decreased, stayed the same, or increased?
This week my Apple watch decided I needed to up my Move goal for the Day so it is now set to 520 move CALories a day which is sometimes hard to do since I am back to work and sit at a computer every day but, I get up, go outside and squeeze out a mile during my breaks. I also do not start working until noon so I have all morning to get a good run/walk in plus the daily farm chores that I have. My daily goal is 15,000 steps a day.
